I get quite a few emails asking about various body building supplement combinations, stacking different supplements, or how to use some supplements. After my recent return to serious lifting after a one year layoff, I did a basic cycle (about 7 weeks) using the basics, and came back with a 18lb gain in these 7 weeks. (of course, its always easier to gain back what you lost.)

Now, this guide is just for beginners who are using some basics supplements, but lack a good understanding, or for anyone who’s considering using some supplements for the first time. Why do we work out? This is a good question that actually has a variety of answers. In fact, it often varies from person to person. Question: I’m interested in building muscle fast.
When I was younger I was skinny and tried everything possible to put on muscle but couldn’t do it. Now I’m in my late 30’s and although I wouldn’t consider myself to be thin anymore…I’m still not buff. I would like to get on the right kind of program because I’m interested in building muscle fast. I’m not getting any younger and I really don’t want it to take years before I see any muscular gains. Do you have any suggestions?
Answer: Yes I do, but before you start any training program to help you build muscle I would suggest you see a physician and get a complete physical. Make sure you’re in good general health before you start any muscle building program.
