Filed under: Golf — Author @ 8:45 am

When you hear that someone has a natural golf swing, what exactly do you picture in your mind? Do you imagine someone who blends naturally with club for a shot or someone who plays golf naturally? Actually it is none of the above. A natural golf swing is what you actually train hard for and is the outcome of totally applying the right mechanics and physics to your shot.

Did I confuse you? Let me explain. Golf is not a natural game, it is a game which needs a lot of training, body, muscle, and mind coordination plus a great deal of stamina and patience. In order to achieve the perfect natural golf swing, you have to work pretty hard at training your body to respond correctly in all the circumstances you find while playing golf.

The pro golf player will tell you that this is no walk in the park. The pro golf swing or the natural golf swing needs to be practiced again and again so the body can respond correctly to the move; there should be complete coordination and fluidity in the movement of the whole body and for that you will many hours of training and practice.
