Going to New Zealand for a Ski Vacation

For those skiers who prefer the commercial resorts, the country has several on its north and south islands.  There are also private ski lodges located on the southern side of the mountains that require four wheel drive vehicles to get to, as well as some areas that require walking to get to because the terrain is too rough for vehicles.  Another type of skiing that entices people to go to New Zealand on a ski vacation is the heli-skiing and the glacier skiing.  However, in order to experience these types of New Zealand skiing, you must be at least an intermediate skier and have experience skiing on powder.

Building The Upper Pecs

If you’ve been lifting for a while and have overdeveloped your lower pectoral muscles to give them a droopy look you may even want to do away with flat bench presses altogether and only do inclines. You could also start your chest workouts with inclines and do flat bench presses later. You can also do flyes while lying on an incline bench to hit the upper pectorals. Building the upper pectorals with incline bench presses and flyes is a good idea even if you haven’t overdone it with the lower pecs since it’ll enhance your overall muscularity in the chest.
