Dynamic Stretching for Athletes Only?

Dynamic stretching s a kind of stretching that is usually integrated into the exercise program of the athlete. There is a reason why the benefits of dynamic stretching are usually confined to athletes instead of other regular individuals who do exercises. The reason for this is that the benefits of dynamic stretching are usually geared towards the muscle groups which are usually used in specific sports.
