Starting Pilates

If you want help with beginners pilates this may be relevant. Pilates is a series of controlled movements that engage both body and mind which were developed based on yoga, Zen meditation and other controlled exercises. Studies have revealed that this exercise system is so gentle it can be integrated into rehabilitative exercise. By improving the body’s core structures you will have a better overall posture releasing tension from your whole body.
