Elucidating health perception: The socio-economic and ecological interpretation

Abstract:
In a conventional way, we consider health and nutrition as consequent to the process in which food is consumed and calorie is entering the metabolic function. The general health and hygiene are suffering from stereotypes. Very few can understand or do realize the process of managing health and nutrition is basically a function of perception and product of active learning. The present study has considered the school going teenage girls, the most crucial psychosomatic status of life to elucidate their general health, perception. In a unique socio-ecological context and dynamics. The social ecology of instrumental network, physical distance of school, the demographic psychic, socio-economic character like education, income etc. are relegated to its interpretation of health perception.
