Case study on lower back pain injuries among women athletics with special reference to weightlifting

Abstract:Importance of this article is knowing about human back and lumbar spine. This article answer to important questions such as what is back injury. How injury is happening?
The purpose of the study is to come up with some information about human back and especially lower back injuries in weightlifters.
In this article level of participation questionnaire explored. The participants in this study were 10 middle ages women. The sample was collected through random sampling method.
