Abstract:Aim: This study was aimed to find out the differences of Psychomotor Abilities
among District, State and National level men Handball Players.
Material and Methods: Eighty eight, Men subjects between the age group of 14 - 19 years volunteered to participate in the study.The subjects were purposively assigned into three groups: Group-A: (District; N1 =40); Group-B: (State; N2 = 32); Group-C: (National; N3 = 16). Sampling: Convenience sampling (also known as availability sampling) is a specific type of non-probability sampling method that relies on data collection from population members who are conveniently available to participate in study were utilized for the purpose of this study.
Statistical Analysis: The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 was used for all analyses. The differences in the mean of each group for selected variable were tested for the significance of difference by One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). For further analysis Post-Hoc Test (Scheffe’s Test) was applied. For testing the hypotheses, the level of significance was set at 0.05.
Results: It is evident from the results of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) among District, State and National level Handball Players with regards to variables, “Kinesthetic Perception, "Speed of Movement" and "Response Time" were found statistically significant (P<.05).
