The study's goal was to determine how resistance training affected football players power characteristics following normal physical activity. From the Department of Physical Education at Bharathiar University in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu, thirty male football players were chosen. They were between 2025 and older. The chosen participants were split into two equal groups, the experimental group and the control group. Each group had fifteen participants. The researcher has studied the relevant literature and conferred with their professional college regarding the significance of the variables they have chosen to improve performance. Due to the eight-week training interventions, the dependent and independent variables listed below were chosen in order to observe the training effects.
